What is The Student Enrichment Program?

The Student Enrichment Program (SEP) provides quality, caring, safe and enriching before and after school activities and child care for students attending CSA, CSAMS, and CSPA.

All SEP registrations are to be completed online at our SEP website. Please note that if you had an account with our program last school year, you should be able to log in, register and pay for any open programs without creating a new account. If you are new to our program, please create an account to register and pay. In the information below, you will find a description of each SEP program.

CSA Elementary Student Connection (SC): SC is our Before and After School Care for students enrolled at CSA Elementary, licensed by the State of Michigan and located at the Elementary school. Parents must enroll, schedule and pay for care prior to attendance. (An annual per-family registration fee of $125 is due at the time of registration.)

CSA Elementary Short Watch (SW): SW functions as an extension of carpool. CSA allows families the option of arriving prior to regular carpool in the morning and after carpool in the afternoon.  Families must enroll in Short Watch prior to attendance.  Short Watch is a free program after paying the yearly family registration fee of $125 and requires a commitment of five days per week, either morning or afternoon, or both.

CSA Elementary After School Enrichments:
Various activities, classes, intra-murals, and camps are scheduled throughout the school year.  Fees apply.  Examples include: Lego League, S.T.E.M. Class, Chess Club, Tutoring, Intramural Sports, Sports Camps, Robotics, and Arts and Crafts. Enrichment offerings and details will be posted below and on our SEP Website throughout the year as new ones become available.

CSAMS/CSPA Athletics: CSA District athletics currently include a variety of middle and high school team sports.  CSA District is a member of the MMIAA League at the Explorer/MS level.  CSPA High School is a member of the MHSAA.  Athletics is a pay-to-participate program, and all fees must be paid before an athlete can attend the first practice. Any questions regarding athletics can be directed to the Athletic Director, Mrs. DeLorenzo at Ldelorenzo@csaschool.org.

CSA District Campus Shuttle: Our Shuttle option for students provides morning and afternoon shuttle service between the CSA Elementary and the CSAMS/CSPA campus.  Fees apply. All shuttle payments will be made monthly via the SEP website.

CSAMS/CSPA Study Session:  Morning study session at CSAMS/CSPA is available to MS & HS students and allows families to drop off early before the regular carpool time. Study session is a free program after paying the yearly family registration fee of $125. Please reach out to the SEP Office at 810-632-4778 (8am-4pm M-F) or email crichardson@csaschool.org with any questions you might have.

Tutoring: Individual tutoring provided by CSA/CSAMS/CSPA teaching staff is available on an ongoing basis for families and students in need of this service. Tutoring can be scheduled by contacting the SEP Office. Fees apply.

CSA Co-Ed Soccer

We plan to have teams for 3 age levels; 4-5 years, 6-8 years and 8-11 years.  We play in a recreation level league in partnership with Huron Valley Recreation.  Teams will be filled based on how many coaches are available.  If an age group is full, please add your child to the waiting list as that is where new teams will be formed. Practices will be one day a week and games will be on Saturdays. Space is limited.

CSA Girls Volleyball

We will be forming a Voyager age team and a team for Explorers and MS1 students.  Practices will begin after spring break  and will be two days a week. Games will be held at different locations around the area on Friday evenings. Space is limited

CSA Co-Ed Track

The CSA track team will meet one day a week after school, starting after we return from spring break. The focus will be on learning to love running while improving form and having fun. The season will culminate with a track meet. More details later.  If you love to run and would like to help, please reach out to the SEP office.
