We would like to make our CSA District Summer Camps available to all families. Complete the following form if your child is interested in a summer camp and is in need of financial assistance to attend. Financial assistance is not guaranteed. CSA District Administration will determine if your child qualifies to receive any assistance on paying for camp/reducing camp rate.
This form is confidential and will be used strictly for purposes of notifying administration of a students financial assistance request for enrollment into an Athletic Summer Camp.
