WHAT IS THE BELUGA BALL?
The Beluga Ball is the largest fundraiser of the year hosted by our CSA District Parent Council. Every year, Parent Council strives to raise funding beyond the standard per-pupil allocations to supplement school resources and promote the educational programs of Charyl Stockwell Academy District schools. Without the option to request school millage funds, we rely solely on fundraising for additional support.
The 2025 Beluga Ball will be a virtual event that will consist of both a silent and live auction. The Beluga Ball is typically attended by parents, staff, Alumni and supporters of the CSA District which makes the bidding so much fun! The silent auction opens a week before the Beluga Ball so that there is lots of time to review all the amazing auction items. Additionally, a Beluga Ball Preview Night will take place on Friday, March 7th, which will allow everyone a chance to see silent auction items in person and review the Amazing Teacher Experiences that will be bid on the next night.
The Beluga Ball live events consist of multiple raffles (50/50 raffle, trips, jewelry, etc), a Spirit Pull (craft beer, wine and liquor raffled), and of course conclude with our exciting Live Auction (consists of projects made by own classrooms, big ticket items, and the coveted personal parking spaces).
The funds raised annually at the Beluga Ball are used to assist with educational enhancements (science lab equipment, kindergarten listening centers, math manipulatives, educational software, and more), books for CSA District libraries, play- ground equipment, music and performing arts programs, art supplies and so much more.

PLACING AN ADVERTISEMENT IN THE BELUGA BALL PROGRAM
Advertise your business with one of our reasonably priced advertisement options that will play on the auction website the night of the Beluga Ball as well as the entire week leading up to the Beluga Ball when the Silent Auction is open for bid. All Advertisers will also be listed in a "Directory of Businesses that Support our District" and this directory is always available online to the entire District .
